Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Please note that delays may occur, such as carrier delays or weather conditions. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders (including shipments to the United States) may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

BRIELA does not collect duties or taxes at checkout and cannot predict or control these charges.

All international orders ship from Canada.
